Amy Gayheart has shaped how some of the most recognizable brands meet the world—where creativity becomes strategy, and storytelling meets measurable impact. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Creative Lead for The Home Depot’s Enterprise Marketing team, Amy directs omni-channel campaigns that reach millions across digital, social, and broadcast. Her work bridges business discipline with award winning creative, leading the Events Pod to deliver flagship campaigns that define the brand’s cultural and commercial moments—from Spring, and Summer launches to Holiday’s most-watched national spots.

At the heart of Amy’s approach is her belief that good can always be bettered. She builds teams as thoughtfully as she builds ideas — forming agile creative pods tailored to each campaign’s needs, balancing art direction, strategy, and production to meet business goals with imaginative precision. A dedicated mentor and team developer, Amy cultivates environments where creativity thrives, collaboration deepens, and every project becomes a platform for growth.

Before joining The Home Depot, Amy led creative for Case-Mate, redefining digital storytelling and e-commerce experiences across six global brands. Her earlier work as a Creative Director and Consultant spanned industries — from technology and fashion to food, fitness, and entertainment — shaping the visual and emotional DNA of brands like Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola, Restoration Hardware, ModCloth, UPS, Pottery Barn, and Untuckit.
